Ana, put your mind at ease. This IS NOT a sexually transmitted disease.
There are very strong indications from new research findings that indicate
it is caused by a defect in a specific gene which has been isolated. You
are not responsible for causing it. I would seriously question your
doctor's competency if this is his understanding of this disease and would
strongly suggest you find another doctor. This one is probably not going to
help you. Hope this helps.

I have always wondered if I got this disease b/c this guy couldn' manage to
