So, go to my page http://www.nextcenturysoft.com/endo and 1. Press refresh button. (It is a little square icon with arrows on it) and if it wouldn't work then 2. On top of your browser go to "Tools" --> "Internet Options" --> "Delete Files" (That means you are deleting the stuff that computer remembers from your earlier visited sites). And when it is done press ok. (this is if you have windows). It should work. If you still have a problem I can simply send you my word file. (It is about 2 full pages.) So, let me know.
