Wow - every time I log on I find someone with the same symptoms - and usually things i didn't know where symptoms - like my pregnant sized belly. In terms of weight loss... I have found that by cutting sugar out of my diet I have been able to lose some weight (but much harder than for other people) - so I wonder if you are onto something with the insulin resitance (what are pcos?) I would love to hear more on this... amy
