Re: endo and weight gain help

I've also been unable to lose weight that I've acquired since endo
reared its ugly head in my life. I think it our difficulty in shedding
the pounds must be somewhat hormonal related -- I've tried diet,
exercise, to no avail!!! If anyone has the answer out there, please
share it with us! Whether I'm on the pill or OFF of the pill has made no
difference in my failed attempts at weight loss???!!!! I thought surely
that getting off of the pill would make weight loss easier, but oddly
enough, I've had no such luck?! Since getting off of the pill, I haven't
had a menstrual cycle -- maybe my system has yet to wake up from the bc
pills. I wonder whether some/many of us with endo problems, may also
have pcos/insulin resistance? Does anyone have the answer?
