Hello there ladies, I have some questions to pose if anyone cares to respond. On Feb 15th I had a lap, found some endo and an adhesion. My Doc cauterized it out, said I should hopefully be pain free for up to a year, but alas, after giving it time to see if I just hadn't healed from surger yet, I have now concluded I am still in pain, and not only that, but I'm in way worse pain than before.I used to have just pain on the right side of my abdomen , now it's onthe left and in the middle too.I now have Back pain and pain with urination. >My Questions are Do you think my doc did a bad job during surgery?
Does it sound like I may need another lap, even though it'sonly been a month and a half? Does anyone , after trying different medications, actually believe the treatment the drugs give overweigh living with the side effects. I'm on the bcp's right now but am confused, some of you ladies say they are evil, and some say they take away the pain.I'm starting to hurt a lot every day; hard to work.I was previously an extremely active 25 year old.Now I'm not sure if I'll be able to backpack this summer etc etc(It looks like I needed to vent a little bit as well as ask some questions).Well thanks for your help ladies Mary Beth
