Today is horrible...From: Whitediamonds (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Mar 27 10:11:02 2002
I'm at work today although I shouldn't be. I can't sit. I can't stand. The pain is excruciating when I cough. It's feels like there are water balloons tied to my ovaries that bounce up and down everytime I walk. My stomach is so swollen that I look about 5 months pregnant. It hurts to go to the bathroom because (I'm guessing) that the endometriosis is somehow attached to my bladder. I've tried everything known to man to alleviate this but to no avail. I've taken Lupron twice, taken every kind of oral contraceptive, taken every kind of anti-inflammatory and undergone several laporoscopies but nothing works. How can drugs coupled with surgeries so powerful not work? I'm 29 years old with a history of 5 miscarriages (two tubals). I do have 3 year old twin girls which I believe were a miracle. I'm at the end of my rope - what can I do? Thank you.
