It is possible that you are pregnant, but I would confirm it with a home pregnancy test or with your doctor. I am not sure of the risks involved with getting pregnant right after Lupron, but I would definitely talk to your Doctor.

I had sore breats when I got pregnant, but it also part of my normal PMS symtoms!
