Hi... I am 28/Female and have been sufferu=ing through this pain as well. This pain started one year ago but first with a stiff neck then with pain in my left shoulder blade with then got worse with chest pain (left side). This pain would get worse in bed causing me to cry out several times in the middle of the night.

I went to the doctor, x-ray clear, MRI - C4 H.Disk. Had surgery last July, they said my disk had actually detached from the spine and was floating in my spinal cord.

Woke up, felt pretty okay, neck was great but still some pain in my left shoulder. Went to physical theorpy for awhile then they said it was perm. nerve damage... I though, hey I could deal with it, at least I could function.

Well, last week, the pain has progressed and I am exactly in the same pain I was last year. Had an emergency visit with the surgeon he took x-rays everything looks fine. He told me to go to my physician to check out this e.reflux.

Did some research, i can't seem to believe this is acid reflux... It hurts all the time not only when i eat... Someone mentioned gallbladder, but I don't know.

Have an appointment in 3 weeks... Hope the doctor knows what is going on... Keep you posted...
