Thank you Susan Lauren and Wendy,and everyone else for answering my questions. I'm finding it quite amazing that so far I have had very little pain from this surgery,Although I AM on pain meds :) You are right about the constipation. I have alot of gas,but no bowel movements at all yet. I'm eating soups only for the next few days because I'm scared of putting anything heavy into my system like meat right now. My biggest worry right now is my incisions. I'm not sure how exactly to take care of them. I don't know when I can take the bandages off or when I can wash them or if I can put something like neosporin on them. I'm scared to even look at them at this point!*laughs* I'm also worried about showering. I want a bath SOOOO bad right now (I'm a clean freak) and I want to get this iodine off my body but I don't want to hurt myself. I can get it off my belly mostly,but I'm scared to bend down to my legs. For some reason my doc put it ALL OVER my body..even down to my ankles. There's no way in heck i'm bending down to get that off*chuckles* Anyway, thanks for the help everyone! I'm feeling alot better :)
