If you have not read Women's Bodies Women's Wisdom (Christiane Northrup, M.d.) PLEASE everyone go get it! There is a wonderful section on endo and the whole book is SO GREAT!!! It is the only thing I have found that has confirmed all my instincts. It also offers some natural pain relief advice - one is similiar to the mud pack idea - but using castor oil soaked clothes... I have a friend who swears by it. happiness to all, amy
