It sounds like it could be, but it also sounds like you may need to see an intestinal doctor too. I have both endo and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). When my IBS is acting up, I get a lot of lower back pain, which, according to my gastro doctor, is due to my intestines contracting. If you also get a lot of diarhea and constipation, back and forth, then you may have this.
