You are not nuts at all. I suffer from iBS and endo(have you been checked
for IBS) It causes horrid tummy spasms, colon spasms etc.
I also have severe discomfort with bowel movements.
I use no medication for the IBS, as I feel it does nothing except make
matters worse. Also I have just come off some REALLY strong pain medication
for the endo, I was taking really strong stuff everyday, and it was harming
my body. ( I had a hysterectomy almost eleven weeks ago)
I am trying to stay off ALL meds. I have learned how to eat correctly,
and use some teas for the gastric problems. The only med I am taking is a
PPI for an ulcer, nothing else helps, but I also watch my diet for that.
I am also managing the endo that was left behind with diet. If you would
