Any advice is helpful! How long has it been in there? My husband and I were having sex a couple of years ago with a french tickler and it came off inside. We tried everything to get it out but couldn't (I wouldn't go to the ER either - way too embarrassing!). Finally I sat on the toilet and pushed as if I were pushing a baby out. I kept doing this until it came down far enough to reach in and pull out. You can try this, but if it doesn't work and it's been in there for more than a few hours, I'd go to the doctor, or at least call them.
