Tracy, I was just looking at WebMD.com yesterday, and here's what I found out about the nausea, which I only have occasionally, luckily.

"Fatigue is also common, occurring in about 87% of patients. Nearly as many women also report diarrhea, painful bowel movements, and bloating. NAUSEA, dizziness, heavy menstrual bleeding, and headaches are also very common." From: What Are the Symptoms of Endometriosis?
