Wanda, This is good information to know. I was told pretty much the same thing. That explains the pulling sensation I get after exercising. Sharon

Lyn,

Adhesions are not the same as Endo. Adhesions form from surgeries. They can be caused by any type of surgery. Although most women with Endo have Adhesions because of so many surgeries.

I am not sure that Adhesions can cause painful periods but I know that it cause pain and a pulling sensation in some people.

Hugs, Wanda

May I please ask you something I had a Lap done on the 4th and had many complications infection from the Lap? But before the Lap the doctor said he thought I had Endo. But after surgery he said I had Adhesions very bad case of it. I has my Bowel and Intestines with adhesions and was stuck to my top near my belly button it has been very pain full for me. My Question is isn't Adhesion the same as Endo My doctor said I do have Endo on a very mild case it was the Adhesion was my problem when it came to pain and heavy painful periods. I am so confused I do have another apt next week must be prepared to ask many question. thanks, Lyn
