back pain...spondylolisthesis or endo???

Hi gals, Sorry to vent but I'm having a horrible day :( I got this whole backache thing at work(didn't injure it) lastnight and it's terrible!!!! I had a lot of problems with backaches before I was on the Lupron shot....I went through much testing and I was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis (basically a small fracture in the spine err somethin' like that) Anyways...while on Lupron..the back pains were gone completely...now that I've been off the Lupron for about six months now...the back pain has come back..along with my lovely right sided pain, horrible, unbearable menstrual cramps, diarrhea, etc. Common sense would tell me that the endo is then causing the backache and not the spondylo-whatever. I can tell you that the backache is terrible!! It;s like this knawing constant aching../it s almost nauseating. I'm really stuck right now too.....my gyn. is wanting me to take a 2nd 9 month course of lupron..and I really don't want to do this...due to the unknown long term side effects. They have told me that surgery "won't do any good anyways"...I just feel depressed and in pain....any tips on getting rid of the back pain...i've done Tylenol, Naproxsyn, Vicodin, heating pads...what else is left..I work tonight....(and do a lot of strenuous work)..what do I do.....hummm... Sorry to sound so down.....don't let me drag the rest of u with me...just needed to vent....

Take care...
Luv,
Olivia
