Welcome to the Angel Family, Amy
The experience you had with the BCP is very much like the one that I have
had. In 1997, I went to the ER for severe, all of sudden pain on my right
side. They found through an ultrasound a small but evident cyst. For a year
after, and several BCP's, I finally had to have emergency surgery because
the cyst had grown to 6CM and was twisting my ovary.
Many GYN's state that the BCP is supposed to help dissolve or eliminate
cysts......UGH...I don't believe it for one moment. Because I have been on
BCP's since I was 15 for severe pain during my periods.
Please feel free to e-mail me privately!!! endo93@hotmail.com
Hugs and love,
Wanda
