Hello Deanna, my name is Pamela, I am 29 yrs old. If you just had the Laparoscopy surgery. In my case they could not get it all out. See I had cysts on my ovaries all the time, & they would remove them. Then I would feel a little better, but the underlined issue was Endo.

I had 3 Laparoscopy surgeries, under went several diff. types of birth control to help. Diff. pain meds and even went under exsperimental stuff too. But it always hurt some months worse than others! In the end I ended up with cancer in my uterus. So I had to have a complete Hystec. ovaries and all.

I have a lot of scare tissue, some months are worst than others. But, now it has been 5 yrs since my major surgery, and I do feel a lot better hardly any pain. No pain during sex and ever day living! It just takes time for them to go through ever thing, before they can figure out the right method for you.

It just really sucks, because, you have to endure it all. It makes your life upside down and may make you feel even crazy at times. And if everyone else around you does not understand what is your problem and it can not be that bad!

Well, YES IT IS, IT MESSES UP YOUR WHOLE LIFE. Just be strong, and hang in there and always remember your not alone. If you ever need to talk pls e-mail me, I would be glad to listen or help any way I can. I have read up on it a lot. Plus studied it in college and worked for several doctors.

They just do not understand it, the only time it is dormant is when you are pregnant, thats if you can get pregnant. Otherwise it is always there! Good luck to you. Pamela >
