It costs money to adopt the children (legal fees) and she is looking for good christian families to place them in. I lived at one of her orphanges for the summer with a group called Teen Missions (bulit a home for the children) and she does so really good work there. In the orphange where I stayed there were 32 kids between the ages of new born to 12.
