Extreme Lowe Back Pain!

For the last 4 months I have been experiencing extreme lower back pain. I am a server and the only time my back hurts is after wroking (being on my feet for long periods of time). It hurts so bad that I have almost gone to the ER. At first I thought it was all related to my back. I first went to my family doctor...he gave me pain pills and celebrex for inflamation. That did not work. I got to the point where the only thing I could do to relieve the pain was sleep. I would wake up in the morning and my pain would be gone. But still...when I was in pain I was done for the day...it even hurt to lay down. Then I decided to see an orthopedic specialist. Same thing...he gave me pain pills and cellebrex and ordered me physical therapy. That didn't work either. I started to notice that when I had back pain I would get really bloated and have abdominal pain. I even thought I was pregnant at first. I decided to see my gynocologist. He told me he thinks I have endo. I just don't uderstand why my back hurts soooo bad! I am just wondering if anyone could tell me a little about there problems if they are similar to mine. Also I am really scared! What does all of this mean if I have endo? My doctor put me on the pill and gave me more pain pills. He said I need to stay on the pill until I am ready to have babies. Does this mean I might have trouble having babies? I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor this week but in the mean time...I'm getting really scared. I'm only 24!
