What are the possible side effects of the surgery, can it effect my future sex life, will the nerves grow back? My doctor didn't inform me of this procedure until after he was done. I went into surgery under the impression that he was doing an exploratory surgery looking for endo (which he didn't find). Don't doctors need to inform you and get permission before doing any surgical procedure? All the information that I know about Presacral Neurectomy I have found on this website. I am no longer with the doctor who performed the surgery and my current doctor doesn't know much about the procedure. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!
