There haven't been enough studies yet on the long term effects of the drug. I was told by my Ob that she does not give Lupron to gals that have had Depo provera in the past..due the the bone loss you get from that drug...and the bone loss you get from Lupron...will be a serious problem, that may never go away. If you take calcuim supplements...it might help with the bone loss..might check in with doc about that though..good luck *HUGS* kathy k.
