Re: Could I have endo?From: Danner (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat Feb 2 12:36:52 2002
hi i was diagosed with stage 2 endo. i have the same pains as you discribed, but my periods were more heavy, usually lasting 8-10 days with at least 4 days heavy flow. i've never heard of vomiting during periods as being a symptom of endo, but it could be. there are so many differant symtpoms, and endo is as unique as the woman who has it. the only way to get a true diagnosis is to have a laporoscopy. i would talk to your dr about it, and ask him to do one if you think it could be endo. and i do know that many women who have endo also have a lot of cysts, just so ya know. and by the way, that thing about redheads is just silly. doesn't matter if you were born with purple hair or even none. any woman can have endo and as far as i know, there are no statistics to prove that it favours any specific charecteristic. hope i've helped. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ in heart and hope, deanna
