Something which *may* help with your pain -- try eliminating all dairy,
eggs, phytoestrogens (beans, soy products, etc), highfat foods, red
meat, excess caffeine, etc. -- try it to see if it at least somewhat
helps to alleviate your pain. You should notice a difference within a
few weeks.
