I feel better (side effects wise) being on lupron, than the BCP, but pain wise don't feel much better. My doctor is going to keep me on Lupron as long as possible. I have been dealing with this for at least 6 years. My pain has not gotten any better, I doubt it will. As far as later side effects caused by being on Lupron, the possibility of having children, I too heard that one should have no problem conceiving. How true this is, I have no idea. I really think it depends more on where the Endo is located. As far as other side effects of Lupron, I hope that you have and are still on Calcium supplements, b/c it will help prevent Osteoporosis. If you didn't already know, Lupron can cause bone loss and will effect your bones, Calcium will help protect them. Please feel free to email me anytime, at Teal17D@aol.com Take care, DC
