Hi Cookie and everybody,

Cookie, thank you for visiting my site.

>Where did you get the natural progesterone cream and how much do you use?

I have been using Progesta-care by Life-flo and I buy it at a local health food store. (Life-flo also has its site - http://www.life-flo.com ) Their cream is in pump containers and one press of the pump dispenses the recommeded dose. For the first several months, I used the cream twice a day and went to once a day, and I did not use it at all last month since I've been feeling quite good and my period was good after that, too. But I'd recommend reading one of John Lee's books if you haven't read them yet.. (his site - http://www.johnleemd.com ) since it IS hormone although it's from natural sources and there are certain things we should know about it before we start using it..

And I need to stress this again that my pain was already starting to go away as I had changed my diet, BEFORE I started using natural progesterone cream.

Take care!

Happy Holidays and Pain Free Wishes, everybody!!

Sincerely, Pep
