For a top Texas endo surgeon, Dr. D. Alan Johns, Ft. Worth, Tx, is listed in the website below. Also listed in that website is top endo specialist, Dr. Harry Reich who operates in New York, and PA. http://www.womenssurgerygroup.com/

Drs. Albee and Lyons of Atlanta, Georgia, are also highly recommended endo surgeons. Its late and I can't find the link in my bookmarks, but I'm sure one of the other forum members will provide it if you are interested.
