My breast get hot, swollen, severe pain and tender. I sometimes get sharp pains around my right hip that goes down my leggs. The pain from my breast have kept me in bed and from hugging my children. The doctors have put me on three kinds of birth control which make it worse. I have given up caffine for a month and stayed away from sweets. I might eat chocolate once a month if that. My aultra sound showed nothing. My breast would usually be like this before I started my cycle, but now they stay that way.
