21 and worried

Hi I am new to the forum, so I am hoping that I put this post in the right spot.

I am 20 (soon to be 21 this month) and I was diagnosed with endometriosis at the age of 16 via laparoscopy. The legions where found on both the bladder as well as all over my ovaries and uterus. However when I got my yearly check ups and pap smears they have always came back without incident and shown no abnormalities.

But now I am having problems again, this time not with the pain, but with the lack of a period. I have NOT had ANY periods for the past 9 going on 10 months. At first I was not worried, maybe stress was the problem, but after such a long time I decided that it was time to go see the doctor. Because I had not had a pap smear in two years one of the first orders of buisness was a pap. He reccomended further testing for possible causes of the amenorrhea, but I declined until my insurence kicked in because of the cost. Two weeks passed and I recieved a call from my doctor stating that I needed to come back in for a culposcopy and possibly a biopsy. As soon as possible.

I am not horribly concerned by this, but I would like some information about if there is a relationship amongst these issues. Lately during the past two months I have begun to get easily tired and it gets harder and harder for me to work at my job as well as go to school, two tasks that where once easy for me. I come home at night from work barely able to walk. In short I feel like an old women inside a twenty year olds body.

Any ideas or insight would be appreciated.
