Laproscopy and pain. Please Help !!! I had a cyst on my left ovary.HAd Laproscopy done 3 months back to remove a cyst on the left ovary. Also had to remove most of the left ovary.In the last month or so am experiencing some pain/discompfort on the left side. Also around5 days before my actual period starts I am getting a brownish/red discharge. AM wondering what this is as before the surgery never had this discharge. Also am wondering why I am getting some tenderness on the left side after the surgery. I used to feel it when the cyst was there but now since it is removed i thought this pain would dissapear.
