Elizabeth-

Sorry to hear that you are having such a bad time. It very well could be endo that you are suffering with - but I am not a doctor. If your gyn thinks that a lapascopic surgery is in order then I would go for it. That isthe only way that you will know for sure if it is endo.

As for your husband and his family - I am sorry that they are not supportive. If you have endo it is very important to have a supportive partner. Due to the organs that this disease affects - your husband/partner suffers right along with you. Maybe you could have him check out the websites dealing with endo. There are some that are geared towards the partners of woman with endo. Maybe these would help him to understand the disease and what you are feeling.
