To give a little history, I am going to be 30 in a few weeks. I had a huge ovarian cyst ( with no prior endo) and right ovary removed by a laparotomy in late Feb. The doctor said the only endo he saw was on the cyst. I have been on Low Ovral and I just started dancing and working out again over the last few months. Now I am noticing mild cramping after exercise, and I feel a sort of pinch (down there) not during sex, but when I get aroused. I put a call into my doctor to see if this is normal from the surgery or if he thinks the endo is coming back. The mild cramping after exercise and sometimes eating is how the whole thing started which is why I am concerned. I also have a dull pain on my right side, but there is no ovary, so I don't get that either. If any of you have any advice, I would love to hear it.
