Anon,

I don't know of any websites that give a description of the actual stages but I can tell you what they are:

Stage 1-minimal Stage 2-mild Stage 3-moderate (can't remember for sure right now so I know that someone else may have what you are looking for but I thought I would try to help also) Stage 4-severe

Even though this is the way I've understood the staging to be the Staging doesn't correlate with the amount of pain b/c some women with the severest form of endo may not have pain (or a lot of pain) while women with a little bit of endo may have a lot of pain.
