Re: Stage four of endometrosisFrom: Kristy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue Oct 30 22:11:47 2001
Anon, I don't know of any websites that give a description of the actual stages but I can tell you what they are: Stage 1-minimal Stage 2-mild Stage 3-moderate (can't remember for sure right now so I know that someone else may have what you are looking for but I thought I would try to help also) Stage 4-severe Even though this is the way I've understood the staging to be the Staging doesn't correlate with the amount of pain b/c some women with the severest form of endo may not have pain (or a lot of pain) while women with a little bit of endo may have a lot of pain. Sorry that I can't be of more help, ===== Kristy :) http://www.geocities.com/sokokl/kristyspersonalpage.html Hoping to be a nurse soon but for now just a Medical Secretary who does a lot of learning from reading on the Net, books, my dr(s), as well as sharing my own personal experiences.
