Hi, I have had endo for about five years, Iam now 29. I have had two laparascopies done the last in Dec,00. My pain was very severe while on the Depo-Provera shot. I switched to Birth Control (Nordette). Iam currently back on the shot & almost pain free. I got some books on endo that helped with my diet and a biggy (no caffine). Before I was in pain 24/7 when I was drinking soda. Try it you may see results like I did. Good luck & make sure you do your research.
