I really feel bad for you that you think you're not getting the care you think you deserve! That must be the worst feeling. I'm no Doctor ,but what you have described is also the symptoms of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, I would read about it. Irregular or skipping periods,weight gain,pain are all aquainted with PCOS. Did they happen to do a pelvic ultrasound at the ER? Sometimes a pelvic will help if there is a cyst or any abnormalities,but will not always detect Endo.
