Hi Tereasa, I am 30, and have had endo since I was 14, luckily I have had the endo cleared several times (6 to be exact) so I have been able to have children. I do not really have any answers for you, other than to tell you that I have been keeping my pain under control with diet, low red meat and dairy, free range chickens and eggs and organic veg where possible. I also never cook in plastic in the microwave, and try to avoid take out food packed in plastic (as far as possible) all these things increase estrogen levels, which increase pain- you might after a while start to recognise other foods that bother YOU specifically. I also have physical therapy for 6 days before my period, to increase blood flow to the lower abdomen-this helps with pain relief too. It is not a cure, but it does help the pain, when one has endo, every little bit helps. (((ANGEL HUGS))) LAUREN
