In july 2000 I had a Leep procedure done in response to a pap smear stating that I had moderate dysplasis. 1-2001, I got off my birth control pills. In May my cycle was 47 days, June 47 days, August 36 days September 50 days (and counting). In May and June my Dr. gave me 5 days of Medroxyprogesterone - 10 mg to start my period. My last pap was in Auguse 2001, and it came back abnormal. Is that normal? I have 1 child (4 yrs.), and we wanted another, but lack of a normal period is concerning. I also kave knifelike pain in my vagina and lower right side. It lasts for a few seconds and goes away, not every day, but when it comes, it happens about 3 to 5 times. Any help would be greatly appreciated, since I have no idea what is going on.
