Amanda, thanks for replying back to what i wrote. Im on Alesse as of right now, and have been for 2 months, since my operation on Aug 16th. When they did the operation she was going to do a bio, but she took the whole thing cuz she said it looked kinda big just to be a cyst plus she is a speicalist when it comes to "female probs" or a gynecologist. Anyways, i made a big mistake back in Aug of 2000, i had an abortion and before the abortion i was having a normal periods every month but since then i havent been right, and i hurt all the time and i cant ever have sex. So i switched dr's cuz my last dr never wanted to help me out, so i said sorry but i know theres something wrong and found my new dr. And i really like this new one. I felt so good for about 2-3 weeks after the operation, then i started feeling like i did before the operation. I've been reading alot about endo, the most scary information that i found was that its more common than cancer and aids. And that is real sad. And NO real cure for it yet. My biggest question is WHAT CAUSED IT? and no one knows what causes endo and that makes me mad, i read somewhere that it might be the back flow of a period that could have caused it. Which is totally understandable. But Friday (yesterday) i got rushed to the hospital cuz i woke up around 5am and my left ovary was killing me so bad all i could do was lay and cry and i had to change my pad and i filled up 1 1/2 pads of pure blood in 1 hr. Then i got a heating pad and i finally fell asleep around 7am. Then i woke up around 11:45am, and went to the bathroom and there laying in my pad was this white thing with blood on it, i thought maybe i was preg. and this thing was the size of my hand minus the fingers. So my dr told me to go the ER so i did and i wasnt preg so they think that its skin and tissue of the endo and it pushed its way out. Which is kinda good news if that happend. Cuz i actually do feel kinda good right now. But oh my god that pain at 5am was sooo bad. And another thing is that my boyfriend's (of 4 years) mom, is like my 2nd mother, her b-day was yesterday and she died of lupus back in march of this year. And i prayed for her to help and i think she did! Anyways, im sorry i typed alot, but i just wanna get all my info out to you so you know whats going on about me, and i hope i can make some new online friends who know what im going throu. Please write me back. PS where are you located? Im in Oregon! Chrissy At Fri, 26 Oct 2001, Amanda wrote: >
