I have inquired about finding a dr. on Long Island Ny with experience with endo. Unfortunately, I haven't received any responses with the exception of Belle (thank you belle) There is one Dr. in NY who specializes. His name is Dr. Reyniak but does not accept any insurance and you have to pay him upfront. I contacted North shore University hospital and was given the names of two dr.s who have an interest in endo. They are Dr. Kenigsberg and Dr. Kreiner. They are reproductive endocronologists. There is also another reproductive endocrinologist that an aquantance used. I don't know if he has a specific interest in endo but he is a fertility specialist so I am assuming that he does come across a significant number of endo patients. If anyone has experience with these dr.s or knows of any others please please contact me at Serosha@aolcom. Melca, if you contact me, I will give you the phone numbers of the dr.s. I have a question. Is it o.k. to walk around with a 4x6cm endometrioma? I thought that I had heard a while back that they can twist or rupture. One of the dr.I contacted wouldn't be able to get me in till dec. or jan and I am traveling to Russia to adopt a baby around then and am nervous about the possibility of running into a problem out of country. I appreciate your advice.
