Re: advice... maybe endo?From: Kristy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri Oct 19 23:45:21 2001
Chelsea, Having pain before, during, and after a period is one sign of endometriosis. Some others are heavy menstrual bleeding, nausea (especially if there may be endo on or around the lower GI tract). Please see about getting a laparoscopy. If your dr will not do this then you may want to consider trying to find another dr that will. Here is the link to the Endometriosis Association Website: http://www.endometriosisassn.org. Also please feel free to e-mail me privately any time. Take care and I wish you all the best, ===== Kristy :) http://www.geocities.com/sokokl/kristyspersonalpage.html Hoping to be a nurse soon but for now just a Medical Secretary who does a lot of learning from reading on the Net, books, my dr(s), as well as sharing my own personal experiences.
