Chelsea,

Having pain before, during, and after a period is one sign of endometriosis. Some others are heavy menstrual bleeding, nausea (especially if there may be endo on or around the lower GI tract).

Please see about getting a laparoscopy. If your dr will not do this then you may want to consider trying to find another dr that will.
