I was surprised to found out that I had it as I was unaware of the symtoms of endo. I found out because I could not get pregnant. After surgery they discovered that I had two large cysts, one in each ovary but the endo was not anywhere else, after a lot of treatment I was given the all clear and had no problems until recently when I got my period one month and had severe pain up my bum.. I went to a bowel specialist and she has booked me in for a procedure (camera) to look inside but she thinks that the endo. has come back and that it has filled into the back passage (empty sack) behond my bowel and that it is attached to my bowel and causing the pain. I am waiting for the procedure to take place (30 Oct) and I can understand where you are coming from in relation to the pain, I have had some bleeding but not much and because of the original operation for the removal of the cysts I have IBS, which they say could last the rest of my life or go at any time.
