Annovulatory Cycle?From: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Oct 17 15:50:06 2001
I think I may have experienced my first annovulatory cycle, but I'm confused. I had mid cycle spotting (first time actually),it was a light burgundy colour and lasted for three days, day 15, 16 and 17. I've had a lot of cramping and have experienced a lot of fertile fluid over a longer than normal period of time. First around day 10 to 13 and then again from day 19 to 24. I stopped monitoring my temps a while ago but have been taking them for the last couple of weeks only to see what's going on and they haven't risen past where my coverline typically was. My breasts don't hurt as they typically do after ovulation and I'm feeling "flushed" a lot. Is it possible to have fertile fluid and not actually ovulate? What could be going on to cause all of this? I can understand having the occasional annovulatory cycle, but if that were the case wouldn't I see no change in CM? We've been trying to conceive for 2 years and I've had 2 miscarriages, so I know what my typical cycles are like, they are very normal. This does not feel normal. Sorry for the long-winded message. Thanks in advance.
