Dear Ann, My name is Sybille. But if you don't feel like hysterectomie , give it a try the way you want to be treated. I've had several endometriomas and got them removed on both ovaries and other cysts(they thought first they were endometriomas- but they where blood infiltrated corpus luteum cysts), so they can be wrong as well. The fibroids are a bit dodgy you should talk to your doc again, if he would try just to remove what has to be removed and than see further on. So follow your hart and let him explain , why he want you to have a hyst in that stage. And then make a desision. Fbroids and endo can be mostly removed without , removing everything and a hyst is not a cure for endo. So write down for yourself what probs you have and then talk to the doc , and let him explain, why he thinks it might be the best way for you. Take your time, don't let yourself pushed into a situation you don't feel comfortable with.

Best of luck Sybille anonymous@obgyn.net wrote:
