Exactly! I'm thinking that there is not a big difference in the results when using different tools for cauterization. In my opinion, I would rather have excision than cauterization because the cauterization damages the tissue and the dr is not able to see how deep the endo goes, so if it's deeper than what was cauterized, then you're still going to have pain. I can't imagine that there is that drastic of a difference just because he uses a different tool that gives the same results.
