Thanks Lauren, \

It is very hard to switch Doc's. He has been treating my endo for 9 years now. But his practice has grown so much, and I feel like I am just a number. His explanation for everything that happened to me was "dumb luck." I forgot to mention that they found the last stage of severe dysplasia on my cervix during the hyst. I had had a pap 2 months before that came out fine. Then before they found the infection I kept calling because the pain was so bad, and it just wasn't right, he told me it was just the healing process. Finally I called him again, and he was out, but his associate was on call and he told me to go to the e.r. and he would meet me there. Well, the associate was the smart one, and there he found the abcesses. So not only do I feel like a number, I have lost my confidence in the doctor. It is the hardest decision to leave him. I feel like I am betraying him. But I have to put myself first.

So that is the scoop w/me. I have a cyst the size of a golf ball on my right ovary. I am going for an ultrasound this week. I have an appt. w/my doc on the 22nd and an appt w/the new doc on the 29th. So we will see.

As for the bowel movements, I am just the opposite. My problem is going to much, and pain when I have to go. Our bodies...Ya gotta laugh!!! teeheehee.

I hope this day finds you well.

Pain Free Wishes, Emily
