'bubble' on ovary

i was diagnosed with endo in 2000..i have had two ovarian cystectomies, one on each ovary, over the past year...these were both major abdominal surgeries (one a laporotomy) due to the size to the cysts on my ovaries... i have since been on birth control to supress the development of endo.. i went for my 6-month endo. check-up this past october, as i have been experiencing a lot of pain again around the area where i had my second cyst (on my left ovary). the doctor found a 1 cm "bubble" on the ovary that i had my last surgery on..he dismissed this as being something too insignificant to need any further treatment, and thought that my pain was being caused by scar tissue, though he couldn't offer anything beyond that. i am wondering if i should seek a second opinion, due to my past history of developing cysts... i feel like i always have to go to the bathroom, so i am wondering if the scar tissue could have spread to my bladder at all? if anyone could offer any advice, it would be appreciated. thanks-- katie
