My doc just called me to say, they found a Cyst on my right ovary of the size 5cm. She wants me to go in for another Ultra sound between the 7th and 14th day of my periods.I am 26 yrs old. Married but never been pregnant. All this is new to me. I have read a lot of material about what cysts are and how they can be treated. But I would like some first hand information from anyone who has experienced it. My symptoms include a lot of pain during my periods and during ovulation. Infact I bled a little during my ovulation this last month(only). How serious can this be? can this be treated without harming my ability to become pregnant? What are the chances of this becoming cancerous taking into account its size 5cm. What else I should be aware of? ANy help or any information will be greatly appreciated.Thanks a lot and I hope your quests find solution too. God bless.
