Hi Cheri, we do not have any doctors on this site, it is women trying to help each other, but my guess is you could have adenomyosis.This is endometriosis growing in the muscle of the uterus ( This is a simple but effective way of describing it.) I suffer from it, and the blood clots are the first symptom along with pain. Ask your doctor about this.It is always good to get a proper diagnoses. In the mean time, anti-inflamatories ie brufen do help a little. As does heat, a hot pack or hot water bottle or even a hot bath. Best of luck ((ANGEL HUGS)) LAUREN
