Kari, I was on Prometrium for 3 months. 10 days at a time I think. It never did start my cycle back. I ended up using provera. The prometrium made me extremely dizzy and I could only take it at home. From what I have read this is a very rare side affect. If you have any questions let me know. Good luck and pain free wishes.
