Kate , this is just Sybille again. I forgot a small thing, when you have taken the prep . Just make sure you have always a free bathroom nearby. Do not try to go next door or something , without ensuring that and you will have much relieve in not being under pressure, because for me it was always like that: If you felt it is time , it was already " at the door", there wasn't much holding back.
